Return, Refund & Replacement Policy:

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  1. The customer can replace the product received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement of the said product if the stock received does not confirm to the specs as mentioned in the order or is not in proper working condition.
  2. In case of receipt of faulty or damaged product, contact us on our customer service number +91-8882034700 within 2 days of receipt of your order. The request will, however, be entertained once a team member has checked and determined the same at our end. Replacements will be made based on the availability of that product with us. The customer has to follow the below term and conditions for the replacement.
  1. Products must be in their original condition
  2. Only unused and unaltered products with their original tags will be accepted
  3. Brand packaging should be intact
  1. Replacement with a fresh unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery
  2. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. The customer support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  3. A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
  1. The customer is not happy with the quality of the defect free product
  2. Only unused and unaltered products with their original tags will be accepted
  3. Brand packaging should be intact
  4. An electrical surge or any damage caused by the use
  1. We, at NEWOW LED Lights, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer any exchanges or credit notes except in a situation where we are unable to replace the item.   2. We will not accept any replacement after 7 days of the delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. You can cancel your order by contacting our customer support on +91-8882034700 or email us at customercare@newowled.com before the item has been shipped.
  2. If the item has been dispatched you may also cancel the order by refusing to accept the same at the time of delivery.
  3. Your refund process will be initiated after we receive back the original product from the courier.

Refund Policy:

  1. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product once accepted / delivery has been taken
  2. If an order gets cancelled, undelivered or is lost enroute to your delivery location, we will refund the whole order amount comprising of shipping charges.
  3. The customer is eligible for refund in case of delayed delivery. (more than 21 days from the date of dispatch)
  4. In case you cancel a portion of your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
  5. In case you return the delivered order, the original charges of shipping won’t be refunded.

Product Pricing:

  1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Our products are liable for GST as applicable across the territory of India
  3. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
  4. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
